Frazer Kidd has successfully let the commercial unit at 315 Woodstock Road, Belfast comprising approximately 785 sq ft over two storeys to Phoenix Education Centre CIC, a community-interest organisation.

 

The Phoenix Education Centre is dedicated to tackling educational underachievement across East Belfast through mentoring, accredited learning, and wrap‑around support and is now repurposing the premises to operate a school uniform resale programme aimed at easing financial pressures on local families while promoting textile reuse.
