Still a Strong Appetite for Provincial Retail Investments
Acting jointly with Savills, Frazer Kidd successfully disposed of a prime retail investment located in Banbridge occupied solely by Iceland.

 

Savills and Frazer Kidd were instructed by the owner of 2A Kenlis Street Banbridge to market this prime retail investment, which is solely let to Iceland with the benefit of it's own car parking facilities.

The property was let at a passing rent of £57,500 per annum with a lease expiry date of 30th April 2025.  

A sale price was achieved reflecting a net initial yield of 7.27% assuming Purchaser's Costs of 5.35%.
