Planning Change of Use Leads to Prompt Sale
The property comprised of an end terrace commercial building previously trading as a Mace Supermarket. Frazer Kidd advised that in order to achieve maximum value for the property it would be of benefit to obtain a Planning Change of Use to that of a Hot Food Carry Out.
Frazer Kidd co-ordinated the appointment of an architect which in turn led to a Planning Permission being achieved for a hot food premises. The premises were actively marketed and the quoting sale price was achieved.
