London – The Wolseley, Piccadilly

Acting on behalf of a private Northern Ireland investor Frazer Kidd & Partners, acting jointly with Jones Lang Lasalle, negotiated a sale of ‘The Wolseley’, a prime west end of London investment.

Frazer Kidd & Partners, prior to the sale, acted as Asset Managers negotiating a surrender of a lease in respect of the first floor with this accommodation subsequently being let to The Wolseley to be used as their office headquarters.

During the period of Frazer Kidd & Partners role as Asset Managers income from the investment was increased and lease terms lengthened.
